Get your Rogers HTC Dream Data back!
Feb 6th
If you’re like me and own a HTC Dream on Rogers here in Canada, you’ve probably received all those text messages and automated phone calls from rogers on a daily basis telling you to update your phone to their latest software version. This latest version fixes the E911 bug, a bug in the Roger’s android rom and prevented 911 calls from going through if you had the GPS enabled. What they don’t tell you though, is that after applying their update you will be unable to root your phone and enjoy all the cool root-only apps, like Wifi Tether (Which is pretty awesome). Ive got a solution for you, you can keep your root or root your phone without much trouble, as well as get your 3G back. More >

Although this functionality has been in many of the custom ROMs for rooted devices, its nice to see Google officially supporting multitouch. Video below demonstrating the new Multitouch features.
