Nexus 2.1 update adds Multitouch
The first Google OTA update for the Nexus One is starting to roll out, along with a fix for the spotty 3G connections some T-Mobile customers were complaining about, new multitouch features have been added to the Google Maps app, the Nexus Gallery app, and the internet browser. Although this functionality has been in many of the custom ROMs for rooted devices, its nice to see Google officially supporting multitouch. Video below demonstrating the new Multitouch features.
Lets hope that the Motorola Milestone (Droid) will be receiving it’s 2.1 update soon so it can take part in the multitouch goodness
